I keep getting into situations were i have the best hand preflop and someone will shove and i will call and loose…. its like every time pretty much… i do not run well at all……
Anyways How am i meant to have confidence when playing? This happens every game…. im not kidding… am i meant to fold anything except pocket Aces and Kings?
I feel like i cant call a shove from a loose player with low BB because i will loose ….. i know there is varience etc…….. just frustrating…
AJ will beat my AK.

Well it just seems like you're letting your feelings/emotions take the lead in how you're looking at these bad beats. You already clearly understand that you're getting it in with the best of it. Intellectually you know you're making the correct call. To reference The Fundamental Theorem of Poker, I ask you: would you not make the same calls if somehow you could see your opponents hole cards first? Of course you would. So the bottom line is that you're playing fine, you're making good calls. Unfortunately poker does have a fair amount of luck (variance) involved with it and right now it just stings because it's hitting you negatively so hard. Put the emotions aside and don't change how you play these situations. I've had this same bad run happen to me many times in the last 6 years. It will turn around in your favor at some point. Just play with your intellect and don't make decisions based on your emotions. GL
