So yeah after whining here in a thread back in November (?), something I very rarely do but I just needed it, and I would like to delete that thread if I could (how can I?) I took a break now for a couple of weeks. I had a huge downswing with the most unreal bustouts several times in a row. Irrationally, I attributed it to some superstitions.

Haven’t played almost anything since, haven’t even watched videos for the first week and since then, I was in learning-only mode, letting it settle down, no play. I def feel better now. Finished reviewing and analyzing my own HHs yesterday. I will try and fire up some real tourneys these days. I think I will start with PLO8, that’s prob my strongest suit so I can be confident again.

..And then KB comes out with this article about motivations right now with a perfect timing, only to remind me how uber competitive I am, by nature. –> I am in a bunch of $13-$50 6-Max PLO and 9-Max PLO8 SNGs right now, doing well, good start!
