Hello everyone,

Its been a couple of years since I last posted on here, mainly because I’ve not been playing that much, lets just say life was getting in the way of poker wink

Anyway, life or more specifically my job evaporated a couple of weeks ago and whilst I figure out what I want to do I thought  I’d hit the tables again. I was a bit rusty and frankly took a bit of a hammering on Stars last Sunday. So Monday I headed to a local casino to play a tournament and picked up 6th place for £200. Whilst there I read a copy of Bluff magazine in which were several references to Dusk Till Dawn and Partypoker which got me thinking. I dusted off my PartyPoker account and have played there the past 3 nights so far I have won 3x $109 tickets, 1x $215 ticket and 1x £550 tickets in satellites, then last night I turned one of the $109 tickets into a big fat win of $9600 in the Heavy Weight Uppercut $50k GTD tournament beating the Partypoker pro heads-up after we failed to agree a deal (I felt he was being too greedy and arrogant smile

So, I now have a proper bankroll again and will stick at this for a couple of months and see how things go. Hence my return to the worlds best poker training site. I look forward to the videos and chatting with the new and old members on the forums.

Thanks man. Makes things a little easier for the next couple of weeks. Been on a serious downswing ever since frown lets just say that variance has been a biatch. For example in a 888 $30 tourney got down to 56 players with 54 paid, think I was sitting in 45th with 12.5bbs, decided to snug it out unless I picked up a monster hand. I picked up AA 3 times in 5mins, got called by KK first time and chopped the pot when the board run out a str8, second time called by QQ and guess what board ran out a str8, third time I bust when called by 77 and he hit a set on flop. I bust in 55th………………..not in the least bit frustrating lol.
