Thanks to TPE I was able to take down the FULL TILT 10 + 1 15+K Superstack tourney for $4,986.58 this past saturday! (ID:GolfDr) The tourney ran for 12 hours; over 1,000 hands and the heads up run was an action packed 2 hours! A key moment of the tourney happened about 6 hours in when I lost 4/5ths of my stack to a rivered kinghigh straight. This left me with 5bbs. The grind was on! PUSH,PUSH,FOLD,PUSH got me back in it. I grinded it out to the finall table with the lower of the chipstacks.Once there, my thought process was to play to Win; which TPE preaches. I have in the past was just concerned w moving up in the money by playing passively; letting the other players knock each other out. Although I did avoid playing big pots with the top two chipleaders, I didn't let the better players run me over. Thanks TPE for the training as it has obviously been a valuable asset to my game.
