Just over a week ago as i able to play in my biggest ever live event after qualifing for a package thorugh stars for the first UKIPT(Uk and Ireland Poker Tour) event of the season in Galway Ireland.

For those who bought in it was 770 euros and i was lucky enough to come 50th our of 698 for a cash of 1660 euros. As always was still disapointed to get knocked out early on day 3, i had about 13/14 bb's left picked up tens and had seen a 11bb stack shove in front of me so re shoved only to get crippled against aces. But still wont complain.

Had the pleasure of playing with some great uk players, Novemeber niner Sam Holden got knocked out on my table near the end of day 1, also briefly sat with UK old school legend Barny Boatman. They was a few notable others in the field such as Liv Borree, Sam Razzavi and Nick Abou Risk.

Overall though had a fantastic weekend and a lot of thanks go's to the site who's videos and podcasts have greatly improved my game in the last 3 or so months and have seen me alongside this have my biggest online score for 3.9k dollars.
