I recently made the commitment to improve my tournament game after many years playing only cash games. It was a tough transition until I found this site thanks to subfocused who I met at a local game. I spent many many hours watching videos when i signed up. ok now for the brag.

won 2 bovada satellites the other night – one into 35k gtd, and one $10 ticket that i used to join a $4k gtd deep stack. 

in 35kgtd made the money but disappointing cash in 50th – still got me $200ish off the investment of a satty buy in.

the 4k  gtd -I shipped it. 1st out of hundreds, i think 700? 4 figure win, not my biggest ever at cards, but definitely without a doubt biggest MTT win ive had – and i used to play them a lot on stars years ago.

THANK YOU to the people that run this site, there were so many spots along the way where i checked myself before i ran into old cash game habits by remembering a line from kid cardiff or another poker genius.

i know i got lucky as hell to bink it but … I also felt like I was playing correctly all the way down.

now – to try to locate the hand history for it. sadly i dont think I had whatever option on that's needed to save those to the computer, but I'm not sure. (god, I sound like my mom trying to figure out facebook…)

Anyway there's my brag – you'll see me in the strat forums posting hands as soon as I figure that angle out 😉 what's this “post” button do again?
