Alright guys. Don't know if this is the right section but I need some feedback for my FT bubble last night. It was a small 2k guarntee turbo.. Blinds were 1k/2k. I had about 30BB until I ran QQ into KK and A10 bringing my stack down to about 15BB. At this point there was about 13 left. I was stealing pots when I could.. and fold/shoving as the situation would call for..
My question isn't really whether I made the right play when I went out cuz I know I did. I got QQ in the middle against (at this point i had like 6.3BB – 1500/3000) a big stack (17BB) who opened UTG+1 for min. He calls obv with A8s. Runner runner flush to knock me out. I missed a few spots to really have a dominate stack going into the final 15 but making logical lay downs prevented me from doing so.
SO the question is.. Am I ever flatting the min. raise and shoving on the flop no matter what in order to prevent these types of situations. Or is it GG and fire up another one. I sometimes feel in a field which you know you have dominated that if I flatted, and shipped on the flop it gets him off his A8 and i essentially pick up a decent size pot and live to play another hand while preventing a bad player being rewarded..
Is there any logic to my thought? I stand by my play.. I know its the right move. I feel i've just been in this situation before..
