I just downl

oaded the Universal Replayer. I updated by Java and then a message came up saying…

“Your security settings have blocked a self-assigned application from running (Universal Replayer)”

I went to my setting to include the HTTP location to “unblock” UR but then I got the following message:

“Uncluding an HTTP Location on the the Exception Site List is considered a security rink
Location: …..player.net

Locations that use HTTP are a security risk and MAY COMPROMISE THE PERSONAL INFORMATION on your computer. We recommend including only HTTPS sites on the Exception Site List”

IS THIS NORMAL?
SHOULD I BE WORRIED? I assume everyone gets this message, I just want to make sure it's normal.
ARE THERE  ANY OTHER OPTIONS TO REVIEW HH?

I'm getting the same. Haven't tried it, but maybe if you lower the security settings on your browser it would work. I mostly use Holdem Manager. If you have that, or Pokertracker you could use those?

Thanks for the reply RealWheels,

I can change the settings to allow the program to run, but I am not sure is the “security risk” is real, or just a generic message when this type of exception is done. I am just wondering if everyone that uses Universal Replayer gets this message and if they had any problems accepting the “risk”.

HM and PT do not support Bovada, so I am not sure if it's worth paying for it just for HH review.
