Hey guys, thought I’d share my experience with PPH.
Being on the cheap side, I decided to buy the Essential Hud this Friday. Payment through PayPal was allright on my side but after a while I got an email from them saying that it fell through. Repeated the process and again another email stating the same result.
Upon investigating it I saw that my PayPal had indeed been debited. Twice.
Anyway, I wrote to pph support (Jason) and didn’t think much more about it but was really suprised when I got an email back 2 hours later with a lengthy explanation on what had gone wrong on their side. Also, Jason promised to refund my transactions and provide me the essential hud for free due to all my troubles.
So, great job and excellent customer care!

Hey Guys,
I downloaded the demo and have been running the advanced HUD on Merge for a few days. This HUD is absolutely sick and I love the design! I develop graphical interfaces for Human Machine Interaction at my job, so I think about good design a lot. The on the table HUD is so intuitive that I was comfortable with it after just a few orbits. My favorite feature is the zoom feature. Playing just 6 tables on merge it's hard to see stats, but the zoom feature makes it super easy.

Thanks for the reply
Tried the trial version and really enjoyed it. Couple of things :
In understand you want to price it by the stakes you play, but it would be really annoying if I where to satellite to a 215 or 1k and then be hud less.
The heat map looks really interesting, is this mtt compatible?
Cheers

So what’s better than HM2 or PT4? I personally use HM2 again stats is probably the most difficult as generally what is best to have in mtt ? What adds the most value?
I have: Vpip l PFR / Ag/ Cbet flop / fold to cbet / open EP / open MP / open LP / 3bet / fold to 3 bet
What do you guys have and what works for you

As far as this thread goes:
Pro Poker HUD is a modification for PT4 HUD that allows popups that give a visual representation of players tendencies.(see pics above) For a visual person like me it’s the perfect HUD.
The setup of the HUD depends on which type you buy. Check out there website.
Customer support is amazing also.
The only thing that can be annoying is when playing multi tables the BB badge makes it very difficult to use the Zoom function as the point in which you click is very very narrow
