I’d like to know if any Pokertracker users out there can give me a hand.
Is it possible to look at the stats for specific hands and see how profitable they’ve been. For example, can I look up 7c8c and see how many times I’ve won/lost with that hand.

It give you the information for 78s. So if you want to know whether you play 7c8c better than 7h8h then you're out of luck.
Make sure the “View Stats” button on the top is selected and the “Results” button (and also specify cash our tournament). Then on the left column area for “Player” make sure you are selected, for “Report” you want “Summary”, then “Group By” make sure that it is “Starting hands (Hold Em)”

I might be oversimplifying this but if you go to the 'Hands' tab it shows you all the starting hands you've been dealt, if you then scroll down and select 87s that will show you your stats for that hand and the actual hands in the box below – running a report may give you more information but this seems to be the quickest way to see which hands you are playing are most profitable
