Since 10/22 I have been using HEM2 to review my hand histories primarily. sometimes in game i'll use the HUD, but mostly just enjoy being able to review others play.

for the last two weeks it won't work, it starts to load but always craps out. i don't have any other option to review my hand histories since i play only on Lock. Hem2 was my only option and its really killing alot of momentum for me. videos are great, but reviewing my play is the only way to know i'm impleting things into my game.

the hem sites are so ****ing to me. doesn't seem like a simple option. any simple tips?

feel like this post is a bad beat. i'm definitly on tilt because of this.

Hi,

I had constant problems with Hem2 on microgaming, ipoker and IPN (all european networks) but usually worked fine on stars.

As i'm sure you've already found out, HEM2 expect you to follow endless FAQ's and links before being able to isolate the problem, only to find it crashed again within days or sometimes hours of it being “fixed”.

I dealt with it by demanding(and getting) a full refund as the software “wasn't fit for purpose”.

Unfortunately, PT3 also doesn't work at all on these sites so i'm stuck without a HUD.

Oh well .. Happy days
