I switched over to PT4 so cant be of any direct help, but I will say not seeing any issues on the PT4 side of things.
sick needle dad.
i have issues with HEM2 all the time. if i was playing more seriously full-time online, i’d probably switch the pt4 as others have posted.
only trick i can recommend: if youre having issues in-game, be sure to keep tablefinder (table manager?) open and be actively showing HM which tables are which. it seems to make importing process smoother and less of a problem to untangle later.

HEM2 is a nightmare for any of their tournament series. Have to use the table finder all the time and then it gets caught up if you ever switch tables. I know it’s no excuse but I’ve tilted off that. Really made a few dumb raises because I was scanning the Big Blinds on my HUD instead of looking at chipstacks on table to get a quick idea of how many reshove stacks I’m up against and getting shoved on by a guy who said had 40 bigs, but turned out to have just 15.
I am going to blasfeem now, but its sh ite like this why i no longer play with a HUD and havent done for a long time. That and if one relies on HUD stats too much you miss out on here and now game flow information that is far more relevant than some stats from 6months ago in a completely different scenario.
