+1 on the vids Benny mentioned.  I know the book 'Kill Everyone' touches on some of the ideas and I believe it has a chart at the end.  There are also a lot of great resources online, plus a few calculators.  Here is a link to a basic Chart

 Thanks, I just got the book yesterday and am up to page 50, it's really good so far. I already use pokerstove, but some how still havent got a proper grasp of Ev. I think it was the Sitngo wizard quiz that confused me most, Telling me not to push with A5s but push with 23s. I'm gonna get cracking with my book now. Cheers 🙂

 The vids were great too they have helped me understand a bit more 🙂
