Hey Mike, great stuff as always. 3:30 into the video, you open 55 and get flatted by the bb. How do you feel about cbetting the flop with the intention of barreling the turn aswell? Like you said, I expect him to call your flop bet with any paint. Don’t you think he would give up most of his range to a turn bet though? Wouldn’t he shove most of his aces preflop?
Hey J-et, I just played back the hand and I like my decision; he would be shoving his big aces pre and also prob 66+ so I don’t even think we are getting him to fold 66-99 on that flop.
So I think he has A-rag or paint hands just about every time and say he has a hand like QJ (bottom pair straight draw), it might take 3 barrels to get him to fold as with the draw he may be unlikely to fold on the turn to a double barrel. I obv chose the less spewy line here, I like that you are thinking of ways to win the pot but he was also pretty shallow which doesn’t leave much room for multi-street bluffs.
