    Liked the video brendooor looking forward to the rest.
    Also liked the format 3/4 tabling live sweat.1 tabling videos can be a bit boring imo.
    Maybe for future videos would be cool see some HH reviews of some of your big wins(your 2nd in the minftops would be intersting)

    32 min in the vidoe. You 3bet Jacks and cbet 237. The guy that called the raise pre then called your 3bet is now raising the flop. why do you think he cant have 22 33 77 there?
    Thanks for some good analysis! This is alot of differnt from how for example the bigdog thinks about hands. Even thought i really like how the big dog plays, this is more understandable for me. WP! =)

    Nice hand reading walkthrough on the JJ > 88 hand in a 3b pot. I agree that villain would not play a set this way since the board is so dry. He’s protecting 88-TT almost 100% of the time and once in a while may play AA very weird this way.

    hey mate,

    I currently am overseas and cant find a good enough connection to watch the hand again but generally speaking if the stacks behind me were <20 Bbs i will probably call alot of the time considering the positions. Yeh sometimes you will be behind but more often you are flipping or you have the best hand. And i like to take these spots to get a decent stack going which can improve my equity progressing through the tourney because i will have more chips.

    Hi there,

    Thx for the query and it’s definitely an arguable situation. I am in Macau atm and the internet is supper slow so i can’t watch the hand again but i am presuming the flop came 2 3 7? If so then i think putting your opponent on a set is just playing scared money. Yeh it’s defninitely possible for him to have flopped a set but the chances are sooo low of him flopping a set compared to how many times he has a single pair or is just plain bluffing me here. You just have to run with it most times and then shrugg your shoulders everytime he has a set.

    Hey Brendon, great analysis man. I have a question about the aqos hand at 12mins. Where you min raise with 11bbs, i found it interesting as it’s something i wouldn’t do. I just wanted to know if it’s only something you do in the lower buy in tournaments.

    hey dude…cool video…at 12:12…you dont shove the AQ but instead mini raise…i really disagree with this…i feel like if you shove it, you’re gonna get worse aces to call you since most players in todays game are aware of positive EV shoves…but by raising with only 11 BBs, i just feel that this screams strength…because what player would ever do this light? its such a bad play to open fold with that short of a stack…so i feel like its a shove everytime…HOWEVER…if you had like 16, 17, 18 bigs…then im okay with the open/call off play….looking forward to more videos…thanks….

    Yep i fully understand your point of argument and i agree with you. I play this and many situations different judging on the buy in. Players in mid to higher by ins are going to see through this play but in lower games people do call this min raise pre or fall for the trap and shove lighter.. Alternatively i do this with my mediocre hands too and call off a shove with my A9- and KQ- too. So my play isn’t wuite transparent..

    Good point of argument tho, i welcome all constructive criticism.

    Great video. You explain well throughout the video but I would like to see you comment more about your ranges on certain spots.

    For example,at 19:39 TT is an easy 3bet shove but what is your bottom of 3bet shoving range there?

    At 30:15 you squeeze 3bet JJ against the UTG raiser, is JJ your default 3betting range early levels?

    Also, at 39:39 you flat AJs against the UTG raiser 30BB effective what is your flatting range against an unknown in this spot?

    I started to agree with the dude a little before i read your reply Brendon. However your justification makes sense also.
    I think it can also depend on how loose or tight you have been up until this point. How deep it is in the tourney and buy ins like you said.

    So this is the first video I have watched Brendon. I am also from Australia and play full-time and know who you are, so probably why I watched your video first and am about to watch the rest. I’m really happy about how you have gone through the hands so far. Yeah everything you have said so far is nothing new to me but I am looking forward to looking when you are deeper and in the $55 plus buy in tourneys. I feel like I have a very similar game to you and think the same as you. But obviously you have more experience in the higher buy ins and this is where I want to improve my edge.     Just a question. I agree with getting ppl to make a mistake and re-shove you lighter etc however I feel that the problem with Min raising with 12 bb is ; what happens if the BB do call and the flop didnt hit you? now what do u do? Wouldnt it be awkward? i would rather just get it in and save the trouble… u’ll be surprised how light ppl will call anyway.

    hey i see a lot of min raises being very effective to induce shoves over the top dyu think this min bet should be raised to say 2.5x in lower staked buy ins? because i feel that lesser players seem to flat to a min raise just seeming un phased by it ?

    such a good point made that raising small allows others to spew into you with worse. I play a lot of turbos and when the blinds are up I am blasting everything. However, I will now try and keep my range as good as it was and try to induce. Nice video. Thanks
