the first 6 parts are imo maybe THE BEST hhreview series on tpe – thx for all your detailed explanations esp of your thought process, i really enjoyed it!!!

Thanks guy’s, glad you enjoyed them

at 27:50, the AJ hand…wouldn’t shoving seem weaker? since they have to assume you are never raise/folding with your stack in that situation… same goes for A4 at 28:40…

With 15-20 blinds I think either min’ing or shoving is fine; yes I agree a jam looks weaker but I wan’t to give them a chance to shove worse…If I jam 16bb’s they might fold A/5 but if I min it I might get them to shove on me…If I had closer to 10bb’s I would def just open shove but 16bb’s I prefer to open.

Really great series Mike, congrats man. Did you used to play 6 max cash ?
goleafsgoeh
Thanks mickman; I have played very little cash, I started playing poker with MTT’s, dabbled in cash here and there but not very much.

Really enjoyed the thought process and the back-and-forth discussion. Audio was poor as the volume was in-and-out. Wish TPE would improve their audio in genereal.

Mike, I loved the series. I think it was extremely informative. Just one suggestion if you do more on the TPE site. Please cut off your cell phone, put the dog out of the room and shut the door and the audio needs to be vastly improved. All of these distractions really took a lot away from the learning experience. I just stayed focused on the information provided but I would have had a much more enjoyable experience if the distractions were not there.
