Had to score your vid a ten just so EVERYTHING keeps running god like for you on this one. Seriously well done, especially on explaining the reasoning for bet sizing. Right from being a little to a big stack and pointing out the errors and expected plays others were and could have been making. Just a thought to get the poker juices flowing you guys should think about clipping some intro and closing music like the pod casts. That little bit of dead air to listen to with the headphones on gives a library entrance feel to them. 🙂

Excellent video. Near the end carol 3 bet folded to pieter w about a 20 bb stack, you said that you should note that. Please elaborate a bit about how you interpreted that move in this particular situation and how that affected your play against carol if you could.

Cool vid. I’d like to hear some more info about what you would do under certain scenarios. For example, you open AJ utg+1. Are you calling shoves? Obviously player dependent but a little more analysis like that is helpful. I’m assuming you have some sort of plan before making a move to make decisions a little easier (obv certain situations are player dependent)

One thing that confuses me is when someone says a hand like 9T is an easy open on the button w/ 2 good players in the blind. At that point i’m assuming its ok to open any 2 b/c you’re usually not going to see a flop (i.e. bet, fold to a 3bet). Can you guys shed some light on this issue in future vids.

great video. I love how u show only the interesting hands in the first few levels and then let the replayer run to get a feel for table dynamics. as for the analysis: spot on as always.

i think even against pretty good opponents you are going to be able to get away with raising SUPER wide on the button, maybe even ATC depending on how the blinds react and how you play postflop.
it’s just going to be very hard for them to make up for the positional disadvantage.
Hagbard Celine
yeah it totally depends on players. mostly, though, i’m raise/folding AJo UTG.

i think most thinking players just don’t 3b/fold with those effective stacks, so seeing someone do it, you know in the future that if they 3bet you with ~20BB, they can be folding.
