Well another day has come and gone and with it another playable Mini-FTOPs event. I took a stab at Event #6 last night, figuring what the hell. I haven’t played much in the way of Super Turbos, but it actually was kind of fun. Ended up getting coolered QQ<KK which knocked me out just before the money, but hey managed to finish 775 out of a little over 5k runners, so I don't think I have too much room to complain. After it was fun though, the wife and I got to go to an annual Holiday dinner for the Fire Department I belong too. Place we went to this year was a new "American style" restaurant, which I wasn't all that clear on, but was willing to give it a shot. Turns out it means, menu like most standard steakhouses. All in all, wasn't a bad dinner. One too many glasses of wine I think, because now my head is throbbing, not the best situation for playing with so this morning is take it easy time so I can get back into shape for the two mini Events today.
